Cancellation policy

Cancellations are subject to a partial refund policy. A fee of 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged upon booking. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, or in the case of failure to notify us of a cancellation, a fee of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to teubner.gabi@gmail.com.
